Renew Your Library Card

Your library card must be renewed every three years. You will keep the same library card and number, but we will verify that your information is up to date. You can renew your card in person or online.

Renew Your Card In Person

To renew your card in person, take your library card and photo ID (with current address) to one of our 19 branches.

Renew Your Card Online

You may be able to renew your library card online. To qualify for online renewal, you must be 18 years or older and live inside the Genesee District Library service area. You must also have an e-mail address attached to your library account. If you qualify, renew your account online here.
