Memory Kit

The GDL has five types of literacy kits you can check out just like a book:

• Story Time Kits: Kits contain stories, toys, and activity suggestions to go along with the theme of the kit. (Geared towards ages birth-5)
• Fairy Tale STEAM Kits: Kits contain different versions of the fairy tale that each kit is themed after, materials to complete a STEAM challenge, and instructional cards for caregivers. (Ages 3+)
• Discovery Skills Kits: Kits contain books and activities that go along with the skill-based theme. (Ages 3+)
• Memory Kits: Kits contain books and activities designed for people with Alzheimer’s or dementia and their caregivers.
• Science Kits: Kits contain books and activities that go along with the science-based theme. (Ages 3+)
