Meet Alex

As a government research librarian for my career so far, I’ve always envied public librarians. They get to do all the fun stuff! I’m excited to finally get to move to the fun side of things working with kids and teens to promote a lifelong love of reading and learning. I love that reading gives me a chance to visit new worlds and expand my imagination. Some of my current favorite writers are Seanan McGuire (Mira Grant) and Jonathan Maberry. I’ll read just about anything they write. I also highly recommend the Scholomance Series by Naomi Novik. I really need someone to make a tv show out of this series.
