Check Out a Bag of Books for Your Book Club or Classroom
This service is a fast, easy way to secure multiple copies of the same title for your book discussion needs. To get started, fill out one of the printable library card registration forms linked below and return it to your nearest GDL branch. To request titles for checkout, click “Place Hold” on the title you’d like below.
- Check out up to 10 copies of the same title for your book club
- Choose from adult and young adult, fiction and nonfiction
- Check out up to 30 copies of the same title for your classroom
- Choose from middle grade and teen, fiction and nonfiction
- The book size determines how many copies will fit in a bag. The catalog records will tell you how many copies are in each bag. Some titles in this collection have one audiobook format (CD or Playaway) in the first bag.
- You’ll need to place a hold on each bag to reach the number of copies you need
