We're Going Fine Free. What this means for you: Items without holds will auto renew once and have the option for a second renewal. When an item is overdue, you'll receive a notice to renew or return the item. When an item is 5 days overdue, you'll be billed the replacement cost of the item. If the item is returned in good condition, you'll owe nothing.
